Fly Fishing on the Chatsworth Fishery

The Chatsworth Estate offers some of the most picturesque scenery alongside a fantastic fly fishing holiday.

In an exclusive arrangement for Devonshire Hotel and Bolthole guests, experienced fly fishers are welcome to enjoy the 4 miles of double bank fishing on the Chatsworth Fishery, running from Baslow, through Chatsworth Park itself, to Rowsley on the River Derwent.

Fly Fishing Package Includes:

• One day fishing ticket
• Exclusive access to the River Derwent
• Introduction from the resident riverkeeper (9.00am)
• Picnic lunch provided by Chatsworth, delivered to you on the riverbank

This exclusive package is available to guests staying at the Cavendish Hotel, Devonshire Arms at Beeley, Devonshire Arms at Pilsley or any of our self-catering Boltholes on the Chatsworth Estate (Two-night minimum stay applies).

Please note that ticket numbers are limited, maximum 3 fishing tickets available per day. Day tickets for the Chatsworth Fishery are not available to purchase anywhere else.

A rod licence will be required and fishers are required to bring their own equipment.

Trout fishing is available 1^st April – 7^th October
Grayling fishing is available 1^st July – 28^th February
(Peak season – End of May – June – Mayfly)
