Job: Chef de Partie

The Devonshire Fell Hotel is situated in the picturesque village of Burnsall, perched on a hillside overlooking the river and with fantastic views across the Yorkshire Dales. A boutique Hotel, it offers a combination of delicious local food, great wine and supremely comfortable bedrooms.
As Chef De Partie you will have mastered the basic skills, and have fundamental knowledge of food. You will have a hands-on role, with responsibility for preparing, cooking and presenting a range of dishes. You will be encouraged to contribute ideas and assist in the development of new dishes and menu items. Careful attention must be paid to hygiene, health and safety and to portion and waste control.
